Happy New Year! Exciting news from Michael Kornitzer & Mary Jane Benavente. January 1, 2010 we have opened a new Real Estate Brokerage Sniper Real Estate. Most of our staff that you already know and love will still be working with us. There are a few new faces and we will continue to expand and grow even more.

Picking the Brokerage name was not easy. Whatever your initial reaction, you can probably admit that at least you had a reaction to the name alone. We thought about "Happy Neighborhood Realty" or "Good Choice Realty" etc. but none of those names could really embody the spirit of what we do for our Clients and Customers. If you wanted to hire someone who was: accurate, educated, experienced, persistent, dedicated, honorable, tenacious, you might very well find a Sniper. Once engaged by you we accomplish your goals and complete the tasks you instructed.

When so empowered the company is relentless and unyielding in its drive to accomplish your instructions and goals. Sniper Real Estate has its foundation in kindness. From that kindness evolves compassion, sympathy and empathy for those people we serve. Never to be mistaken for weakness Sniper Real Estate is a dominating presence. The ally everyone needs on their side. The ally you would choose first to stand beside you in the fight of a lifetime. Although many fights may not need the complete arsenal, it is comforting knowing it is available. Education and research is the cornerstone to any great endeavor.

All Sniper Real Estate associates are rigorously trained. Internal course completion is required before anyone is allowed to represent the company. It is no longer enough just to know the marketplace; we demand that Sniper Associate know why. They are given the tools and experience to be able to do the most extensive research. These tools are not given out just once in a manual or employee package, they are reviewed, updated and implemented often. The marketplace changes daily and with precision Sniper Real Estate does too.
