Sniper Real Estate Tampa Bay announces FREE MLS Thats right after careful market analysis we decided to cut the public a big break. Other companies charge hundreds of dollars just to be listed on the MLS. That sounds like a National Association of REALTORS scam to us.

If all your REALTOR is doing is posting your house on the MLS, then they probably don't deserve a commission. Do you know it only cost me $200 to join the MLS for the year. Why should you pay me thousands from the sale of your house. If a REALTOR wants commission they need to work for it. They need to bring the buyer or assist you in the transaction.
